We are Spectratek

Spectratek is a leading and pioneering manufacturer of holographic diffraction patterns, Fresnel lens patterns, imitation steel patterns, engraved patterns, and embossed microstructure designs. Their films and glitter products are used to enhance packaging, labels, point-of-purchase displays, architecture, furniture, plastic molds, paints, coatings, and light management. Known for superior quality and large-scale production, Spectratek invented embossed holography in the 1960s and has since developed advanced, visually striking designs.

Their proprietary replication process produces holographic films with vibrant color reflection, deep Fresnel lens effects, diamond-like glitter, and effective light control optics. Products come in polyester, polypropylene, and nylon films with various thicknesses and wide roll sizes, available in metallized, transparent, and transfer formats. All products are made in the USA at their large manufacturing facility in California, giving them unmatched production capacity globally.

Decorative Films

Spectratek offers holographic, Fresnel lens, SpectraSteel, and engraved films, 12–50 microns thick. Rolls are 40”, 56”, or 65” wide, up to 55,000 ft long, in holographic silver with optional tinting. Used for packaging, labels, flexible packaging, glass lamination, and furniture. Available as metallized, laminated, or adhesive-backed. Print receptive, digital ink compatible, with hard coat options.

Geometric Pigment

The geometric pigment particles have a thickness of 12 microns and come in various particle sizes. Available colors include holographic silver, gold, pink, purple, blue, black, clear, and more. These pigments are used in paints, coatings, nail polish, plastic molding, and inks. They are heat resistant and solvent resistant, making them versatile for many applications.

Ultrafine Diamond Flake

Ultrafine holographic diamond flakes from Spectratek are 1 to 2 microns thick, available in multiple flake sizes, feature a holographic silver color, and are heat, water, and solvent resistant, making them ideal for use in paints, coatings, nail polish, plastic molding, and various other applications across multiple industries.
